I was once the girl who felt intimidated in the gym. The girl who was scared of carbs (and what a sad life it was). The girl who was confused about how much cardio she should do or how much she should eat.
It felt like a full-time job trying to figure out what to do without actually knowing whether I’d get the result I wanted. I made okay-ish progress on my own but once I hired coaches and became a certified personal trainer myself, my results went through the roof.
As a sustainable fitness coach, my purpose is to help you skip all the years of trial and error I went through and get you the results you want in a sustainable way.
I want to show women that getting healthy and fit doesn’t have to feel soooo overwhelming. I believe in balance, in figuring out what habits personally work for your life that will take you to your desired goal.
