We at Patricia Poor (“we”, “us”, “our”) are looking forward to working with you. 


We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.


Medical disclaimer


Patricia Poor is not a medical doctor or registered dietician and the information contained in any of our programs should not be taken as medical advice. These are only recommendations and are provided for general information and entertainment purposes only. These recommendations are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health problem. Recommendations by us are not intended to replace the advice or treatment of a physician or health professional. You should consult your physician before beginning any diet or exercise program. 


It is outside our scope of practice to prescribe a specific supplement or a particular dosage to our clients. 


We offer meal planning inspiration and guidance only, and our meal plans are intended to serve as encouragement to eat lean protein and nutrient-rich foods and accommodate your daily requirements for macronutrients. We do not, however, prescribe any diets, meal plans or supplements or try to diagnose and/or treat any medical and/or clinical conditions that you may suffer from.


Please take note of the below list of non-exhaustive risks and requirements when using our services: 


  • Allergies and intolerances that may influence our preparation of nutrition plans must always be communicated in the questionnaire.
  • Injuries, illnesses and diseases that may influence our preparation of workout plans must always be communicated in the questionnaire.
  • Always carefully review the contents/ingredients in your meal plan for any foods to which you are allergic or intolerant.
  • Always make sure that you have enough space when performing any activities.
  • Make sure that nothing around you can cause harm or movement impairment.
  • If you choose to use any fitness equipment, doing so is at your own risk.
  • Restriction on kcal intake can in some cases lead to anxiety, eating disorders, depression, fatigue and other related mental and physical health issues.
  • Always consult a dietician and/or doctor before beginning any fitness or health program in general.


Liability Waiver / Using our services at your own risk


You understand that Patricia Poor (nor any of our employees, agents or representatives) shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained by you while and during and/or from a personal training and/or nutrition program. Exercise carries certain risk of injury, and you are undertaking these activities at your own risk. Use of any meal plan is entirely your own risk, and you are required to review the contents to verify that any allergies or intolerances that you may have are in line with the plan.


You assume full responsibilities for any injuries or damages which may occur during and/or after any program and you fully and forever release and discharge Patricia Poor and our employees, agents or representatives from all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present and future therein.


Expected Results Disclaimer


While we believe that for most people, following my programs and methods will lead to their desired results, all exercise programs depend on the client. Results will be affected by the effort and commitment of the individual, however, in some circumstances even where an individual follows the program, they may not achieve the desired results. Patricia Poor, therefore, provides no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to:


  • the effectiveness of any techniques, methods, meal plans or programs delivered, or


  • the results that you may achieve as a result following these programs.

Subscription


When signing up with Patricia Poor you agree to do a minimum of 3 months. This is for us to be able to achieve the results you are seeking in the most effective manner. 


After the 3 months, you can cancel your subscription on a monthly basis by emailing patricia.fitnesscoach@gmail.com 14-days before your next payment.


Program Terms & Conditions


  • Our programs and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.


  • Your package cannot be frozen.


  • If you miss one of your check-ins and do not notify us 24 hours prior, this will count as a missed check in.


  • If you are late for your check-in three times without notice, then you will be removed from the program.


Client Responsibility


  • Your check-in has to be submitted by the end of the day on your scheduled day. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee feedback on the next day.


  • Communication is key, be open and honest about how your week went. We won’t chase you, but will reply to every email/message you send within 48 hours from Monday to Friday.
