Training Plan

Your training plan is developed for your schedule and equipment available. It will be a mixture of workouts that come in an app, cardio, steps and whatever you like or is needed for your specific goal.

Nutrition Guidance

Using the flexible dieting approach I’ll tailor your macronutrient and calorie targets to your goals. I’ll teach you to make the right choices whilst working on your relationship with food.

Weekly Check-Ins

You’ll fill out a check-in form every week for accountability and to track of your progress. We’ll optimise your goals, celebrate victories and overcome challenges together.

Daily Communication

You can reach out to me any time with any challenges or wins you have throughout the week. We’re a team and I’m with you on this journey the whole time. Let’s gooo!
